Is it possible to order outside the operating area? Is this passenger app available to other taxi companies in my region? Can I access my connected Passenger App from My hub? Why do I see orders from other companies in the passenger app? I want to promote my Passenger App. How can I track how many passengers came from my ads?

Can I reply to passenger reviews/comments in the app store?

Not yet. Right now, you can’t reply to passenger reviews in the app store through this pilot program.

This feature is in development.

In the future
✅ You will be able to reply to reviews
✅ Reviews and replies will be separate for each country — passengers will see only the reviews for your app.
