If you’re trying to register on Onde.Light but keep running into a CAPTCHA error, don’t worry — this is a common issue and can usually be resolved in a few simple steps.
CAPTCHA systems are designed to protect platforms from automated abuse, but sometimes they may block legitimate users by mistake. Follow the steps below to complete your registration.
Step 1: Refresh the page
Start with the simplest action:
- Reload the sign-up page
- Fill out the form again
- Try submitting once more
Step 2: Clear your browser cache
Stored browser data can sometimes interfere with CAPTCHA validation. Try this:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Close the browser
- Open it again and return to the sign-up page
- Then try registering again.
Step 3: Try a private / incognito window
Browser extensions or saved data can affect how CAPTCHA works. To avoid this:
- Open a Private / Incognito window
- Go to the Onde.Light sign-up page
- Complete the registration form there
Step 4: Disable your VPN
If you’re using a VPN, it may trigger CAPTCHA security checks. Please:
- Turn off your VPN
- Reload the sign-up page
- Try registering again
