How to remove drivers from a plan

A driver can not be removed from the plan completely. Once a driver is subscribed, they must remain on some type of plan at all times.

If you want to stop applying subscription charges to a driver, the best option is to transfer them to a new plan with zero commission and no fees. This effectively removes any active charges without breaking the system logic.

❗️Important: Deleting and re-registering the driver is not recommended, as it will result in the loss of their balance, transaction history, and ride records.

💡 Tip: Create a reusable "Free" or "Inactive" plan specifically for drivers who are temporarily or permanently not working. This maintains flexibility without disrupting your data or billing logic.
