How to suspend the company?

You can temporarily suspend your company account if needed. Here's what happens when you suspend your company:
- Driver Access: Drivers cannot log in to the app or accept jobs.
- Ongoing Jobs: All active jobs will be canceled.
- Operator Access: Operators cannot log in or manage operations
How to Suspend Your Company
Step 1. Go to My hub
Open the profile menu in the top-right corner of My Hub.
Step 2. Select "Suspend company" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3. Click "Confirm"
If you are sure you want to suspend your company, please click "Confirm" on the pop-up.
You can always reactivate your account later and continue to operate your company. Your data is safe while the account is suspended.
