How to switch from Demo Mode to Product Mode

When you register in My hub, you automatically start a 14-day demo period.During this time, you can explore all the features of Onde.Light and see how everything works.

🔔 Important: Demo mode is only for testing. You won’t be able to create or manage a real company until you activate your account.

Ready to go live?

If you're ready to activate your company and unlock full access to the Onde.Light platform, here’s how to switch from Demo Mode to Product Mode – quickly and easily.

Step 1: Click “Launch Onde.Light now”

Go to My hub and click the “Launch Onde.Light now” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Continue in the pop-up window

A pop-up window will appear. Click Next to continue.

Step 3: Set up your brand details

Brand logo: Upload a square image (at least 512 × 512 px) in PNG or JPG format.
Brand name: Enter your brand name exactly as you want it to appear to customers.

Brand technical name: This will be part of your platform’s URL. Use only letters, numbers, and hyphens (-).
When everything is ready, click “Go live” to confirm your setup and activate your company.

Step 4: You’re live!

That’s it! Your platform is now in Product Mode and ready for real operations.
