Why are some features in My hub unavailable and marked as Onde-only?

If you’re using Onde.Light, you might have noticed that some features mentioned in our help guides are marked with a special Onde tag. This means that these features are only available in the full Onde platform, not in Onde.Light.

Onde is our full-featured white-label platform designed for ride-hailing providers who want advanced control, branding, and scalability. It offers a complete business suite including:

• Full access to My hub (admin panel)
• Full-featured Passenger & Driver apps, Operator app, and Web booking panel – customized with your logo and style
• Advanced analytics and reports

Onde.Light, on the other hand, is a low-cost, entry-level version of the platform. It’s perfect for getting started quickly—but it comes with limited functionality. Some advanced tools and full customization options are not available.That’s why in some articles, you’ll see a feature labeled as Onde: it’s a signal that this feature requires the full version of the platform.
