Can't top up your balance (required billing details)?

If you see a banner saying that balance top-up is only available through support, here's what to do.

When topping up your balance for the first time, you may see a banner in your account indicating that the payment needs to be processed manually by our support team. This is expected, as some accounts require a one-time verification before self-service payments are enabled.

Please fill out this form with your billing details and within 1 business day our finance team will create a billing account so you can top up your balance easily.


If you are registering as a company:

  • Company name
  • Registration number
  • VAT ID
  • Email for invoice
  • Country
  • City
  • Post code
  • Address

If you are paying as an individual:

  • Company name
  • Your name
  • Email for invoice
  • Country
