The new pricing will start on June 1, 2026 for all Onde.Light users.
What this means for existing users
If you're already using Onde.Light, the switch will happen automatically on June 1:
You don't need to do anything to switch over — the transition will happen automatically as long as your account balance is topped up.
- Your billing date will be set to June 1, which becomes Day 1 of your new billing cycle.
- Your first subscription fee ($12, or $20 for pilot partners) will be charged from your account balance. You need to top up your account in advance.
- Your trip counter will also be reset on June 1.
- Your monthly subscription and your commission for trips above 1,000 both run on the same 30-day cycle, tied to your billing date.
You don't need to do anything to switch over — the transition will happen automatically as long as your account balance is topped up.
How to top up your balance →
If your balance isn't topped up by June 1, see What happens if I don't set up payment? for the full flow and steps.
What this means for new users
For new users, the sign-up flow doesn't change. You still get a 14-day free demo to explore the platform. After the demo, you move to the standard plan: $12 per month, with 1,000 free trips included and a 1.9% per-trip commission beyond that.
