First top-up: create your billing account

To make your first top-up, you need a billing account. To set it up, just fill out this short form with your billing details. Within 1 business day, our finance team will create your billing account, and you'll be able to top up your balance on your own straight from My hub.

Here is how look created billing account in your admin panel:

All future top-ups: self-service in My hub

Once your billing account is set up, topping up takes less than a minute.

1. Go to My hub

Open My hub and navigate to the Settings section. Select the Billing tab.

Within the Billing tab, go to Plan & balance and click Top-up balance.

Step 2: Choose the payment method

You can top up your account using one of the following methods:

  • Credit/debit card: The funds will be added immediately.
  • Bank transfer: The transaction will be verified within up to 3 business days.

You're all set!

  • Each billing cycle consists of 30 days
  • If the balance of your company becomes negative, you'll have 7 days to cover the debt.
  • In case the debt isn't covered during this period, the system will suspend the company, regardless of your billing cycle.
  • Once you top up the balance, the time your company account has been suspended will be added to your current billing cycle.

The example screenshot below shows a situation where, despite the next billing date being far in the future, the account is up for suspension in 4 days 21 hours.

To avoid issues, be sure to cover your negative balance in advance.

You can also enable automatic top-ups triggerred by the balance value. For example, you can set it to top up your account with 100$ once your balance drops below 50$. See screenshot below:
