When are commissions charged?

Commission fees are applied only after a ride is completed. They depend on the final status of the order:

✅Charged for Completed and Paid Orders (FINISHED_PAID):

  • Fixed Transaction Fee – a flat amount deducted per paid ride

  • Dynamic Transaction Fee – a percentage of the ride’s total cost

✅Charged for All Completed Orders (FINISHED_PAID and FINISHED_UNPAID):
  • Fixed Order Fee – a flat amount deducted whether the ride was paid or not

  • Dynamic Order Fee – a percentage of the ride’s total, applied even if unpaid

❌ No Fees for Canceled Rides
Commissions are not applied for any canceled order—no matter who canceled or when.

Driver commission for trips with an additional fee

  • Order Fees (Fixed or Dynamic):
Calculated without including any additional fee. The additional fee goes entirely to the driver.

  • Transaction Fees (Fixed or Dynamic):
Calculated with the additional fee included. In this case, the fee is shared between the driver and the company.

Driver’s plans commission charges vs driver's services

Each driver can only be assigned to one active plan at a time.
That plan determines their commission, regardless of the services they work on.

This means:
Even if a driver accepts trips from multiple service types, they will still be charged commissions according to their assigned driver plan only.
