Understanding Order and Transaction fees in driver plans

When configuring driver plans in Onde.Light, you can set automated commission charges that apply based on order status and plan settings.

When are commissions charged?

Commission fees are applied only after a ride is completed, depending on the ride’s final status.

✅ The following fees are charged only for completed and paid orders (FINISHED_PAID):Fixed Transaction Fee – a set amount deducted per paid ride.Dynamic Transaction Fee – a percentage of the order amount deducted per paid ride.

✅ The following fees are charged for all completed orders, both paid and unpaid (FINISHED_PAID and FINISHED_UNPAID):Fixed Order Fee – a set amount deducted regardless of payment status.Dynamic Order Fee – a percentage of the order amount, applied whether the order was paid or not.


❗️Important: All commissions are applied only after the order is completed. ❌ No fees are charged for canceled orders, regardless of the cancellation status

Driver commission for trips with an Additional fee

Order fees are charged excluding the additional fee (the additional fee goes fully to the driver).

Transaction fees are charged including the additional fee (the additional fee goes partially to the driver and partially to the company).


A Driver’s plans commission charges vs a driver's Services

One driver can be put on one plan at a time and is charged a commission as per his plan configuration, disregarding the combination of services he is allowed to work on. This means that even if a driver accepts orders on a secondary service, his commission charges will always be as per his original plan fees.
