How to view order details

To navigate to the Orders History section, please read our article What is Orders history in My hub?
- All times are displayed in the company’s working time zone, which may differ from the manager’s local time.
- Order details are static—meaning that status changes (e.g., from "On Trip" to "Finished") require a new search.
- The map shown in Order Details is static and does not offer dynamic real-time tracking like the Operator App.
- Order details are non-editable, but data can be copied for analysis or reporting.
