How can you view order details?

To navigate to the Orders History section, please read our article What is Orders history in My hub?


To check the specifics of each order, tap on the record you need.
  • Data is displayed in the company’s working time zone, which may differ from the manager’s local time.
  • Order details are static—changes to order status (e.g., from "On Trip" to "Finished") require a new search.
  • The map in Order Details is static, unlike the dynamic real-time tracking available in the Operator App.
  • Order details are non-editable, but data can be copied for analysis.
