What is Orders history in My hub?

The Orders history section in My Hub allows certain company users to access customer and driver order records. It enables quick order analysis and helps resolve support cases efficiently, such as:
Incorrect trip costs
Cancellation fee disputes
Route deviations

Drivers and Operators with Basic, Standard, or Advanced permissions (if "View & search orders by phone number" is enabled).
Full Access users have this option enabled by default.

Step 2: Enter a valid customer or driver phone number in international format (with or without "+").
Apply filters such as:- Order Status
- Date (Month/Day/Year)
- Creation date and time
- Order type (Instant/Pre-order)
- Order status (at the time of search)
- Cost difference (Final cost - Estimated cost)
