How to cancel the order in the Operator App?

Sometimes an operator needs to cancel a trip from the Operator app.
The logic is different depending on the
order source: Customer Web Application/Operator app
order state (accepted, on a ride etc).
How to cancel an order originated in Operator app
1. Go to the Operator app, choose the order that you wish to cancel and press "Manage".

2. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the Operator app

How to cancel an order originated in Customer Web Application
IMPORTANT:
- only full access operator can cancel orders originated in Customer Web Application
- a full access operator can only cancel orders originated in Customer Web Application if the order status is "On a ride".
- the full access operator will only see "Cancel order" button for Customer app/Web app orders once a driver swipes to "Start a ride".
1. Go to the Operator app, choose the order and press choose "Assign to me".

2. Press "Manage".

3. Press "Cancel order" in the left bottom corner of the app
