How to create a new order via operator app?

The interface of the Operator app is a friendly one so it will not be a problem to get used to it.
To create an order please follow the next steps:
Press "New order" button to create the new order menu.
Enter phone number*, customer's name, any note about the customer.
Client's Address*, Destination Address, notes to driver.
Select the service type, specify the number of seats, if needed.
Pick up date and time.
Any options regarding the requested vehicle by clicking on "Extras".
If you want this order to be operated for fixed special cost you can enter it in the “Special cost” section. You may write down how many km and minutes are included in this special cost. If the ride will take longer distance or time extra fees will apply.
Press "Confirm order" button so the system will start looking for a car.

When the order is created the screen will look like this. In the left column it's possible to check the status of the order along with all the other orders managed by the company within the last 3 hours.
