How to create a new order via the Operator app

The Operator app features a user-friendly interface, so getting comfortable with it is quick and easy.

To create a new order, follow these steps:


  1. Tap the "New order" button to open the order creation menu.

  2. Enter the customer’s phone number*, name, and any notes about the customer.

  3. Fill in the pickup address* and destination address, and optionally leave notes for the driver.

  4. Choose the service type and number of seats, if needed.

  5. Set the pickup date and time.

  6. Select any vehicle preferences by clicking on "Extras".

  7. If this ride should have a fixed special cost, enter it in the “Special cost” section. You can also define how many kilometers and minutes are included. If the ride exceeds those, extra charges will apply.

  8. Tap "Confirm order" and the system will begin searching for an available driver.

Once the order is created, you’ll see it in the left panel of the app. There you can track its status, along with other orders created within the past three hours.
