The Order List in the Operator app helps operators efficiently manage and monitor all ride requests. It includes both Instant Orders and Preorders, which can be filtered, sorted, and searched by status, date, or key details like customer or driver information.

How to filter orders in the Operator app
Instant orders can be filtered using the “By status” filter. Operators can select one or multiple of the following statuses:
Unassigned – the system is still searching for a driver
On trip – a driver has started the ride
Cancelled – the order has been cancelled, regardless of source
Finished – includes both paid and unpaid completed orders
Unpaid – completed but not yet paid
All mine – all orders created via the operator's own account
Simply select the desired status (or combination of statuses) to generate a real-time filtered list. The list updates automatically based on the selected criteria.
Preorders can be filtered by both status and date, allowing for more refined tracking and planning.

How to quickly find orders in the Operator app
The search function lets you locate orders using:
Customer – full phone number
Driver – full phone number, license plate, or board number
Order ID
