The Operator app helps monitor ongoing trips, track driver routes, and review past bookings. It allows operators to search past trips within 30 days using driver or customer numbers. Orders can also be retrieved by order ID, ensuring easy access to trip details for resolving any concerns.

At the bottom of the trip window, the map displays:

  • Order routes

  • Complete booking history

Types of routes

The system stores 3 types of routes:

  • Actual route to pick-up
A dashed line on the map showing the real path the driver took from their original location to the pickup point (A).
  • Actual route
A solid black line representing the exact route followed during the trip from the moment the driver swipes "Start trip" (A) to "Finish" (B).
  • Estimated route
A solid purple line showing the estimated path calculated by Google once the order with pickup (A) and destination (B) is submitted into search.

Booking history

Booking history is available in the top right corner of the map. Both the history and route details can be hidden or revealed again by tapping the arrow.

Booking history is a visual record of all trip statuses and their timeline.

Each status is represented by a pictogram. Clicking one takes you to the corresponding location on the map (shown with a pin).
