If you’ve requested an SMS login or activation code multiple times and can no longer receive it — don’t worry. This is a temporary security measure, and there’s a simple solution.

Why are you blocked?

To protect users from potential abuse or spam, the system automatically blocks further SMS code requests if more than 5 attempts are made within 24 hours.


This can happen if:

- You clicked the “Send code again” button too many times

- You’re using multiple phone numbers on the same device

- There was a network issue or the code didn’t arrive and you retried several times


What can you do?

1. Wait 24 Hours

The restriction is lifted automatically after 24 hours. Once the block is removed, you can request the code again normally.

We’ll review the request and help unblock the number if needed.
