I can’t get codes via sms. What should I do?

Please, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Exit and restart the app
2. Reinstall the app
3. Make a new attempt to get an sms code

If you’ve done all of the above and you still can’t get the SMS code, please report your problem to the Community with the following information:

- phone number/s with country code,

- date and time of SMS request (request must be made within the last 24-48 hours).
