My hub account is suspended. How can I reactivate it?

If your Demo period has ended and you haven’t upgraded to Live mode yet, you have two ways to continue using the platform:
Extend your Demo:
Post a request in our Community including your company’s name. Our team will review it and, if approved, you’ll get more time to test the platform under Demo access.Go Live:
You can switch to Live mode and get unlimited access to the platform.
Just click “Launch Onde.Light” when the Demo expiration message appears. That’s it — your platform will be activated.
