My hub account is suspended. How to reactivate?

If your Demo period has ended and you haven’t moved to the Live Stage yet (learn more about it here), you can still explore our platform in two ways:

1. Extend your Demo:
   Post a request in our Community about extending the Demo, making sure to include your company’s name. We’ll review your request so you can continue testing our solution under Demo access.
   
   

2. Go Live:
   

   You can switch to Live mode and get unlimited access to the platform. To do so, click “Launch Onde.Light” when you see the Demo expiration notice. This will unlock unlimited access to the platform.
