How to configure operator settings in My hub

Company managers with Full access or Drivers & Operations managers with operator management rights can adjust operator settings in My hub.

How to access operator settings

  1. Navigate to My hub.

  2. Go to the Operators tab.

  3. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.

This opens the Operator Settings, where the following parameters can be adjusted:


1. Restrict use of “Any nearest driver” option

When enabled, operators will not be able to select the “Any nearest” option in the Service type field while creating or managing orders.


2. Show all drivers on the map

If this option is enabled, operators with Full or Limited access can view all online drivers in the Operator app. For more details, see the article about the City map in the Operator app.


3. Default service for new orders from Operator app

You can configure what service is preselected when an operator creates a new order:
  • Do not preselect service – Leaves the Service type field empty. The operator must choose manually.
  • Any nearest driver – Automatically selects “Any nearest” and starts searching based on proximity, regardless of driver service type.
  • Specific service – Choose a default service from the list. This will be automatically applied but can still be changed manually per order.

4. Allow operators to use the Heat Map


The Heat Map helps visualize zones where demand exceeds driver availability. Enabling this option allows operators to use the tool for better real-time decision-making.
