How to delete a driver's profile

Under GDPR policies, drivers can request to delete their personal information from the platform. Here's how the process works:
Step 1. Open the Driver App
Click on the Side Menu

Click "Profile" to access your information.

Click "Delete my account" to proceed.

Step 2: Confirm the Request
Enter the confirmation code shown on the screen and tap "Confirm".

Step 3. Submit the Request
Press the "Delete account" button to send the request to the company and log out of the app

What Happens Next?
The company owner will see the driver listed in My Hub with a "Deactivated" status.
- If the company owner doesn’t manually delete the account during this time, it will be automatically removed after 30 days.
- The driver’s status in reports will change to CLOSED.

If the driver logs into the app with the same phone number before the 30-day period ends:
- Their status in My Hub will change to "Waiting for activation".
- The company manager must review and manually activate the profile for the driver to start working again.
- Drivers cannot resume work immediately after reactivating their account.
