How to get started with the Driver App?

Before using the Driver App, ensure you have the following:
✅ Driver App installed on your smartphone.
✅ A smartphone or tablet with Android 8+ or iOS 15+.
✅ Mobile internet (3G/4G) and GPS enabled.
✅ A car charger (your phone battery may run out in 5–6 hours).
✅ A confirmed driver account in the system.
Once registered and approved by the company, you’ll be able to start receiving ride requests.
Logging In
- Enter your phone number.
- Input the confirmation code received via SMS.
Going Online & Receiving Orders
To start accepting jobs, swipe to Online mode at the bottom of the screen. To stop receiving orders, switch to Offline mode—use this if you’re unavailable, even for a few minutes.
When a new order appears, you’ll see the customer's pickup location. Tap ‘Accept’ to take the job.
Once you arrive, swipe "Arrived"—this sends a notification to the customer.
