How to enable back-to-back rides?

The back-to-back rides feature allows drivers to receive new ride requests while they are completing their current trip. This feature can be turned on or off at the service level.
Go to My hub, navigate to "Services" in the Management tab.
Select the service that you wish to edit and click on it.
In General settings scroll down to the Driver App section. Find the "Back-to-back rides for drivers" section. If you wish to turn this feature on, click the switch.
The default time before a driver can receive a new request is 5 minutes (300 seconds) before their current trip ends. This setting can be adjusted between 1 minute and 30 minutes to better suit your operational needs.
Click "Save" once you are done.
