When do drivers see trip costs in the Driver app?

Company owners can define when trip costs are shown to drivers. This helps minimize cancellations and promotes fair order acceptance.

How to set trip cost display rules

Go to My hub and click "Services" in the side menu.

Choose the service you want to edit and click on it.

In General Settings, scroll to the Driver app section. Open the “Display cost in driver app” drop-down menu.

Choose the display rule that best suits your operations. Click Save to apply changes.

Display options

There are four options to choose from:

  1. Always

    • Drivers see the trip cost before accepting and during the order.

    • Only works if the drop-off address is visible for instant orders.

  2. When trip started (default option)

    • Trip cost becomes visible once the driver marks the ride as “Started.”

  3. At the end of trip

    • Trip cost appears only during the final cost confirmation, after the ride is completed.

  4. For manual payment only

    • If the trip is paid in cash or via terminal, the driver sees the cost only on the Payment Confirmation screen.
