When drivers see trip costs in the Driver App?

A company owner can set rules for when drivers see trip costs. This helps reduce trip cancellations and ensures fair trip acceptance.

How to set trip cost display rules? 

Go to My hub and click "Services" in the Management tab in the Side Menu.

Choose the service you want to edit and click on it.

In "General settings" scroll down to the "Driver App" section and click on the "Display cost in driver app" drop-down menu.

Choose the most suitable option.

There are four options to choose from:

  1. Always

    • Drivers see the trip cost before accepting and throughout the order.

    • Works only if the drop-off address is visible in the driver app for instant orders.

  2. When Trip Started (Default Option)

    • Drivers see the trip cost only when the trip is marked as "Started."

  3. At the End of Trip

    • The trip cost is revealed only at the total cost confirmation stage, after the trip ends.

  4. For Manual Payments Only

    • If paid by cash or terminal, the driver sees the total cost only on the "Payment Confirmation" screen.


Once you have choosen the most suitable option, please click "Save".
